What you will need
Chocolate pieces (your choice of white, dark or milk)
Packet of preztels any shape
Assorted toppings such as colored sprinkles, chopped nuts, crushed candy or any other topping that you like.
Baking trays lined with partchment paper.

Step 1 Place your chocolate pieces in a heat proof bowl and place over a pot of simmering water. Stir constantly until melted. Make sure that the bottom of the bowl does not sit in the water; it should also fit snuggly over the pot to avoid steam from escaping. |

2. Avoid getting any water into the chocolate as it will thicken. Always use a dry utensil when stiring the chocolate. When completely melted and lump free remove from the heat. Allow to cool slightly. |

3. Your chocolate should have slightly thicken by now and will hold onto your pretzel. Dip the pretzel into the melted chocolate and shake of the excess. |

4. Then dip into your desired topping, or just leave plain. If your chocolate is becoming too thick place the bowl back onto the pot of simmering water and melt again. |

5. Place on the prepared baking tray. Repeat steps 3 -4 for the remaing pretzels. Then refrigerate for about 20 minutes until set. |

6. If you like you can place them in cellophane bags and tie with colorful ribbon. |
