Homemade Chocolate Truffles

White Chocolate Truffle Recipe
Makes 24 Truffles


230g (8 oz) good white chocolate chopped

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/4 cup whipping cream (double cream)



Place all the above ingredients into a heat proof bowl.

Place this on top of a saucepan filled with simmering water (make sure that the bottom of the bowl does not sit in the water).

Melt the chocolate, butter and cream stirring until smooth.

Remove from heat, cool to room temperature.

Cover and refrigerated until set about 4 hours or overnight.

Shape into tablespoon sized balls and roll in cocoa or toasted nuts

If you are making these for children try rolling in sprinkles.
